A fantastic sight

Some one has taken over the last few years to putting food out for the redkites. This means there are often many many birds swooping around down here, and grabbing food off the ground. It truly is a fantastic sight.

A slightly tatty Robin here. I think some of it is because the wind is blowing behind him quite hard. The little birds here are quite friendly as they get fed by the visitors. They quite often come and land on the wing mirrors of cars.

Pied Wagtail

Pied WagtailI’m actually quite proud of this image. despite the fact it is bland and colourless, this little bird does not hang round for long. Its quick and nimble and changes direction on a whim.

He is hard enough to photograph, but to get them feeding, is a whole new level.

This is a photo, I am proud of.
